The luxury car segment is highly competitive, with major manufacturers constantly innovating to enhance the driving experience. However, luxury cars are known for their high depreciation rates. According to iSeeCars, nine of the top 10 cars with the highest depreciation are from the luxury segment. This depreciation means that some recent models can now be purchased at significantly lower prices than their original MSRP.
Using Kelley Blue Book’s used vehicle databases, we’ve identified 10 luxury cars that can be bought for under $30,000. These models retain their fundamental powertrains and design styles compared to their brand-new counterparts.
1. 2023 Lincoln Corsair
The 2023 Lincoln Corsair can be purchased on the used market for an average price of $29,617. It features a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 250 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque. The Corsair also includes a 13.2-inch center touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster.
2. 2022 BMW 3 Series
The 2022 BMW 3 Series is available for $28,327 on average. It retains the same turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder engine as the 2025 model, producing 255 horsepower. The main differences between the 2022 and 2025 models are the improved infotainment displays and more aggressive front fascia in the latest version.
3. 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA
The 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA Coupe can be bought for $29,430 on average. It features a 2.0L four-cylinder engine producing 221 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The CLA received a major update for the 2020 model year, which has continued until 2025 with minor changes.
4. 2023 Cadillac CT4
The 2023 Cadillac CT4 is available for $28,263 on average. It comes with a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The premium trim adds leather upholstery and the option for a 2.7L engine producing 310 horsepower.
5. 2021 Lexus IS
The 2021 Lexus IS300 can be purchased for $28,098 on average. It features a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 241 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The IS350 F Sport trim uses a more powerful V6 engine but is priced higher at $36,529 on average.

The base-level Premium trim for the 2022 Audi A5 Coupe is available for $27,211 on average. The Sportback is priced at $27,546 on average. They feature a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 261 horsepower in the Coupe and 201 horsepower in the Sportback.
8. 2023 Cadillac XT5
The 2023 Cadillac XT5 can be bought for $28,670 on average in its base Luxury guise. It features a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 235 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The Sport trim comes with a more potent 3.6L V6 engine.
9. 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee
The 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee is available for $26,844 on average for the base Laredo trim. It features a 3.6L V6 engine producing 293 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The Laredo X trim is priced at $27,529 on average.
