An 11-year-old boy is in critical condition at Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo after being struck by a pickup truck while riding his bike on Willard Street and Kinney Street in Jamestown on Tuesday afternoon. According to the Jamestown police, the incident occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m. The boy was initially taken to UPMC Chautauqua before being flown to Oishei Children’s Hospital. The police have launched an investigation into the incident, and all parties involved are cooperating. No charges have been filed yet. The authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
