2025 Ford F-150 Lobo Brings Street Truck Style Direct from Factory
The 2025 Ford F-150 Lobo is the latest addition to Ford’s lineup, designed to capture the essence of street truck styling without the need for aftermarket modifications. Following the success of the Ford Maverick Lobo launched last year, Ford continues its trend of factory-installed street truck attitude.
Key Features of the F-150 Lobo
The Lobo Package is available for the SuperCrew version of the F-150 STX, slated for release in Fall 2025. The makeover includes:
- Lowered rear suspension, bringing the truck two inches closer to the ground
- A comprehensive 10-piece aero kit, featuring a cowl hood and gloss black mesh lower front grille
- Upper grille painted black for a menacing look
- 22-inch black alloy wheels
Performance Enhancements
The F-150 Lobo isn’t just about looks; it’s also equipped with a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V-8 engine, producing 400 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with a dual-exit exhaust system and a four-wheel-drive setup that includes an upgraded two-speed transfer case, enabling the truck to tow trailers up to 7,900 lb.
Customization Options
Buyers can choose from five different paint colors:
- Agate Black Metallic
- Atlas Blue Metallic
- Carbonized Gray
- Oxford White
- Rapid Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat
Market Response and Pricing
John Walawender, brand manager for the Ford F-150, noted that customer feedback played a crucial role in developing the Lobo Package, particularly the demand for a V8 engine. The Lobo Package adds $4,695 to the standard F-150 STX price, bringing the total to $57,800 before destination charges and fees.

Ford expects to start deliveries of the 2025 F-150 Lobo later this year, offering customers a unique blend of factory-installed street truck style and robust performance capabilities.
