Overview of 2026 Cadillac CT5 Trim Levels

The 2026 Cadillac CT5 is available in several trim levels: Premium Luxury, Sport, V-Series, and Blackwing. Each trim offers a unique set of features and capabilities.

    Standard Features Across Trim Levels

The CT5 comes standard with an impressive list of features, including 18-inch wheels, LED exterior lighting, rain-sensing windshield wipers, keyless entry and start, and remote start. The interior boasts leather upholstery, power-adjustable, heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats, as well as a heated steering wheel and dual-zone automatic climate control. A 33-inch dash display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is also standard.

    Trim Level Breakdown

    Premium Luxury

The Premium Luxury trim serves as the base model and includes all the standard features mentioned. It also offers an available 335-hp, twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 engine for $3,500.

    Sport

The Sport trim builds upon the Premium Luxury with black window trim, 19-inch wheels, and a body kit that includes a unique front bumper, sill extensions, and a body-color spoiler. Inside, it features aluminum pedals and synthetic leather upholstery but lacks ventilated front seats.

    V-Series

The V-Series is tuned for performance with a sport suspension featuring adaptive dampers, Brembo front brakes, and a limited-slip rear differential. It also includes dark-finish 19-inch wheels with summer performance tires and GM’s Performance Traction Management system. The interior features sport front seats and a 15-speaker AKG audio system.

    Blackwing

The Blackwing is the highest performance variant, boasting an even more aggressive suspension, widened front fenders, a unique front bumper with a splitter, and Brembo front and rear brakes. It is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 engine producing 668 hp and 659 pounds-feet of torque. The Blackwing comes with a six-speed manual transmission as standard, although a 10-speed automatic is available for $5,875. The interior includes perforated leather and ventilated front seats, a thick-rim sport steering wheel, head-up display, and a 16-speaker AKG sound system.

    Safety Features

Most safety technologies are standard across the CT5 lineup, including GM’s Super Cruise hands-free semi-autonomous highway-driving tech. Other standard safety features include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind spot intervention, and a 360-degree parking camera. However, the Blackwing with the six-speed manual transmission forfeits some of these features, such as Super Cruise and autonomous parking, due to the manual transmission complicating the operation of these systems.

    Powertrain Specifications

The standard engine is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder producing 237 horsepower and 258 pounds-feet of torque. The available twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 in the Premium Luxury produces 335 hp and 405 pounds-feet of torque. The V-Series ups the ante with 360 hp from the same 3.0-liter V-6. The Blackwing is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 engine, delivering 668 hp and 659 pounds-feet of torque. Rear-wheel drive is standard, with all-wheel drive available on most trims for $2,000.

    Fuel Efficiency

While official EPA ratings for the 2026 CT5 are not yet available, they are expected to remain similar to the 2025 model’s ratings. The fuel efficiency varies by engine and drivetrain configuration, with the 2.0-liter engine achieving up to 23/32/26 mpg city/highway/combined with RWD. The twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 results in lower fuel efficiency, rated at 19/28/22 mpg with RWD. The Blackwing, with its powerful V-8, returns 13/20/15 mpg regardless of the transmission chosen.
