LAKE BUTLER, Fla. (WCJB) – A 57-year-old Lake Butler man lost his life in a pickup truck accident on Sunday night. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the incident occurred just after 8:00 p.m. when the man was driving west on County Road 18. His vehicle strayed into the eastbound lanes, resulting in a collision with a tree. FHP troopers arrived at the scene and pronounced the man dead. The accident highlights the importance of road safety and vigilant driving to prevent such tragic incidents.
