A Tesla Cybertruck was involved in a collision on Highway 101 in Marin County on Wednesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The accident occurred around 3:47 p.m. in the northbound lanes near the intersection of Lucky Drive and Nellen Avenue, the CHP’s accident log indicated. The Cybertruck collided with another pickup truck in the incident.
At least one person sustained injuries; however, the CHP has not yet released information regarding their condition.
Following the accident, three northbound lanes of the highway were temporarily closed as far north as Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. All lanes were reopened by 5:00 p.m., approximately one hour after the lane closures were initiated. Traffic flow was restored after the lanes were cleared.
