Jameel Motors UK, the official distributor of the Farizon SV large van, has announced a strategic partnership with the AA, the UK’s leading motoring organization, to provide comprehensive nationwide aftersales support for customers. This agreement ensures that Farizon SV owners receive top-tier service and maintenance, reinforcing Jameel’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The partnership brings together Jameel’s expanding network of Farizon franchise dealers with the AA’s extensive service capabilities. The AA will provide a multi-layered support package that includes regular service and maintenance through its 213 EV- and LCV-certified workshops across the UK, as well as a fleet of over 100 on-call mobile technicians. Notably, one year of AA Roadside Assistance is included in the purchase price of all new Farizon SV vans, complete with an average response time of just 49 minutes. Customers will also benefit from the ability to book routine services with as little as 48 hours’ notice.

The Farizon SV is backed by a comprehensive warranty package, including a manufacturer-backed, bumper-to-bumper four-year/120,000-mile warranty, an eight-year/120,000-mile battery warranty, a three-year paint warranty, and a 10-year anti-perforation warranty. Prospective customers can view the Farizon SV at the Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC in Birmingham from April 29 to May 1 on stand 5C114, where a Farizon SV wrapped in AA livery will also be on display at the GreenFleet Decarbonisation Hub.
