The Revival of Car-Based Vans
The KGM Rexton Commercial is a unique offering that blends the practicality of a small van with the comfort and ride quality of an SUV. This vehicle is a modern take on the traditional car-based vans that were popular in the past.

In the past, car manufacturers would create ‘commercial’ versions of their cars by removing rear seats and replacing rear side glass with metal panels. The KGM Rexton Commercial takes a different approach, transforming its seven-seater passenger vehicle into a stealthy cargo carrier. The rear passenger doors open to allow side access to the carpeted cargo area, which is separated from the front seats by a full-height fixed mesh bulkhead.

The Rexton Commercial boasts an impressive 2,200 litres of load capacity, with a payload rating of up to 700kg and a maximum towing weight of 3,500kg. It also features a Trailer Sway Control feature to prevent fishtailing.
The vehicle is powered by a 2.2l turbo-diesel engine, producing 199bhp and 303 lb-ft of torque. All models come with an eight-speed automatic transmission and selectable two/four-wheel-drive.
Trim Levels and Pricing
The KGM Rexton Commercial is available in three trim levels: K30, K40, and K50. The base K30 model starts at £34,995, offering features such as 18-inch alloys, a 12.3-inch infotainment system, and heated and ventilated seats. The K40 model costs £35,995, adding Nappa leather upholstery and blind-spot monitoring. The range-topping K50 starts at £38,995, featuring 20-inch alloy wheels, leather and suede upholstery, and air conditioning for the rear cargo area.
