2025 Jeep Gladiator Dark Sky Edition: The Special Editions Continue
Jeep has introduced the 2025 Gladiator Dark Sky Edition, another special edition for its midsize pickup truck. This latest edition joins the existing lineup of 10 different trims and various other special editions.
The Dark Sky Edition is based on the Sport S trim and features an almost black-on-black body design. It includes body-color fender flares and gloss black bumper inserts, which enhance its appearance compared to the standard Sport S trim with its black plastic pieces. The performance hood from the Mojave trim is also included, giving the Gladiator a more robust look. Other exterior features include dark emblems and decals, as well as tinted daytime running lamps.
One notable option for Dark Sky Edition buyers is the ability to choose the body-color hardtop without having to purchase the premium package, which typically adds $4,295 to the base price of $43,595 for the Sport S trim. However, the Dark Sky Edition itself adds $1,495 to the Sport S price, bringing the total to $45,090 before other options.
The interior of the Dark Sky Edition remains largely unchanged from the standard Sport S, making this special edition primarily an appearance package. Whether this new edition will be enough to boost sales of Jeep’s midsize pickup truck remains to be seen.
