Three construction workers were hospitalized after being struck by a pickup truck in east Phoenix early Friday morning. The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. in a parking lot off 44th Street and Camelback Road. Authorities reported that the three men were in stable condition after being taken to the hospital. The driver of the pickup truck remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. Police are working to determine the circumstances leading up to the crash. While the collision didn’t impact traffic, a portion of the complex where it occurred was closed off for investigation.
