Hit-and-Run Accident in San Antonio Leaves One Hospitalized
SAN ANTONIO – A serious hit-and-run collision occurred at the intersection of Clark Avenue and Glamis Avenue on Saturday, leaving one person hospitalized and a suspect on the run.
According to the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), the incident happened at approximately 10:05 pm when a 49-year-old male driver of a black 2024 Nissan Altima was stopped at a stop sign on Glamis Avenue at Clark Avenue. A silver pickup truck traveling northbound on Clark Avenue allegedly collided with the Altima. The driver of the pickup truck fled the scene without providing assistance or identifying themselves.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is currently reported to be in stable condition. SAPD officials stated that when identified, the suspect will face a charge of Collision Involving Injury. Authorities are actively investigating the case.
