Truck Driver Flees After Crashing into Stopped Vehicle at Intersection
SAN ANTONIO – A serious hit-and-run collision has left one person hospitalized, with the suspect on the run. According to the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), the incident occurred at approximately 10:05 pm on Saturday when a 49-year-old male, driving a black 2024 Nissan Altima, was stopped at a stop sign on Glamis Avenue at Clark Avenue.
A silver pickup truck traveling northbound on Clark Avenue allegedly collided with the Altima. The driver of the truck fled the scene without providing assistance or identifying themselves. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is currently reported to be in stable condition.

SAPD officials have stated that when identified, the suspect will face a charge of Collision Involving Injury. Authorities are actively investigating the case. We’ll update this story with more information once it becomes available.
