LEXINGTON, Ky. — A serious motorcycle accident occurred on Saturday night on Versailles Road in Lexington, leaving the motorcycle driver with life-threatening injuries. According to the Lexington Police Department, officers were called to the scene at Versailles Road and Sparta Court around 11:45 p.m. The collision involved a motorcycle and a pickup truck. The motorcycle driver was rushed to a local hospital for treatment of severe injuries. Fortunately, no one in the pickup truck was hurt. The Lexington Police Department’s collision reconstruction unit is currently investigating the crash to determine its cause.
