Adams County Sheriff’s ‘Protestor Edition’ Truck Post Sparks Online Controversy
A post made by Adams County Sheriff James Muller over the weekend has gained significant traction online due to its crude depiction of a modified Dodge Ram pickup truck. The post, which appeared on Muller’s personal Facebook page, featured two images of the vehicle, dubbed the ‘All New Dodge Ram Protestor Edition,’ with a red splatter paint effect on the front and around the tires.

The post comes in the wake of ‘No Kings’ protests that have been held across the country, including in central Pennsylvania and Gettysburg. It has been shared multiple times in various local Facebook groups.
CBS 21 has contacted both the Adams County District Attorney’s Office and the sheriff’s department for comment and is awaiting a response. The original post has since been removed from Muller’s personal Facebook page.
The incident has raised questions about the sheriff’s department’s stance on recent protests and the potential implications of such posts on social media platforms.
