GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – A collision involving multiple vehicles in Northwest Gainesville resulted in one person being injured on Monday morning. According to the Gainesville Police Department, the incident occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of Northwest 43rd Street and Eighth Avenue when a pickup truck and an SUV collided. The crash led to a partial blockage of the intersection, with one person being transported to the hospital for treatment. The Gainesville Police Department responded to the scene to manage the situation and investigate the cause of the collision.
