Bicyclist Injured After Collision in Collier County
COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – Authorities responded to a collision involving a pickup truck and a bicyclist on Thursday evening at Tamiami Trail East and Barefoot Williams Road.
According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, the call reporting the incident came in at approximately 5:05 p.m.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers confirmed that the bicyclist sustained injuries and was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment. The extent of the injuries is currently unknown.
