Construction is scheduled to begin this year on a luxury vehicle storage facility in Plano, Texas, that will offer a variety of amenities for sports car owners.
Maranello, a Plano-based company specializing in luxury auto garages, announced the development of what it describes as an “exclusive lifestyle venue for luxury sports car owners” in a recent news release.
Facility Details
The 200,000-square-foot facility is planned for the northeast corner of Ohio Drive and Mapleshade Lane, with groundbreaking expected in the coming months, according to the release. Maranello anticipates the garages will be fully operational by spring of 2026.
The facility will provide 79 customizable luxury garage spaces, referred to as “garage condos.” Each condo will feature two floors and glass garage doors. Additionally, the venue will include a two-story lounge area and a 60,000-square-foot open-air event space situated in the center of the building. The Plano City Council approved the project in October.
