Former President Donald Trump gifted his granddaughter, Kai Trump, a brand new Tesla Cybertruck, a vehicle valued at approximately $100,000. This generous present followed Trump’s public endorsement of Tesla CEO Elon Musk, signaling a show of support amidst recent challenges for the electric car company.
This unexpected gift came after Musk presented five Tesla models at the White House. Trump selected the Cybertruck for Kai, who is the daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and is known for her passion for golf. Initially, Trump tested the Model S but opted for the Cybertruck, a vehicle that ranges in price between $81,000 and $100,000 based on its features and any buyer customizations.
Trump proudly spoke about the gift, stating, “I bought it for a very special young lady. You’ve probably never heard of her, Kai. She’s a great golfer and she puts the clubs in the back, and I think it’s a very safe deal, she loves it.”
Kai has already flaunted her new vehicle on social media, showcasing the Cybertruck parked at her family’s Mar-a-Lago estate.
Trump emphasized the Cybertruck’s safety and durability, mentioning its steel construction. Kai is the eldest of the former president’s 10 grandchildren and an emerging figure in the golfing world.

At 17, Kai is preparing to attend the University of Miami, where she will continue to develop her golfing career, while also pursuing her studies. She has expressed her excitement about attending the university on social media. Kai also maintains a close relationship with Elon Musk, often referring to him as ‘uncle,’ a relationship solidified after Trump’s election win.
