These units feature Brabus’s signature design philosophy and offer customization options inspired by their luxury vehicle interiors. The development also includes 100 bespoke villas, some with private pools and direct beach access.
Residents can enjoy a comprehensive Brabus lifestyle, with options to furnish their living spaces with design themes mirroring Brabus’s Masterpiece vehicles. The island offers a private marina for boat owners and is strategically located near Zayed International Airport and Abu Dhabi’s city center.
Pricing and Timeline
Prices for Brabus Island properties start at 700,000 Euros (approximately $793,084) for apartments, while beach villas begin at €6.5 million (~$7.36 million). Construction is set to commence in summer 2025, with the first villas and apartments expected to be ready by early 2028.
