Luxury Island Development
German high-performance tuning company Brabus has announced ambitious plans to build a luxury island in Abu Dhabi’s Al Seef district. The development, dubbed ‘Brabus Island,’ will feature 450 luxury residences across various towers and villas, spanning 100,000 square meters.

The luxury residences will include beach villas and townhouses, with three signature interior design themes: the dramatic ‘Black and Bold,’ the sophisticated ‘Gray Haven,’ and the minimalist ‘White Bliss.’ These properties are expected to range in price from $800,000 to $7.4 million, with sizes varying from 1,152 to 4,908 square feet.
Brabus’ Entry into Real Estate
Brabus isn’t the first automotive company to venture into real estate; Aston Martin, Bugatti, and Porsche have all made significant investments in luxury properties. However, Brabus is taking it a step further with an entire island development. CEO Constantin Buschmann described this move as an evolution for the company, stating, “Brabus Island is both an incredible milestone and an evolution that makes sense.” Buschmann emphasized that Brabus is not just designing vehicles for a lifestyle but is now creating the lifestyle itself.

Construction on Brabus Island is set to begin in the summer of 2025, with the first property handovers expected in 2028. The development is likely to attract car enthusiasts and luxury property buyers worldwide due to the Brabus brand’s reputation for high-end quality.
Brabus, founded in 1977, is renowned for its work on Mercedes-Benz models and other high-performance vehicles. The company’s expansion into luxury real estate represents a significant diversification of its brand while maintaining its focus on high-end products.
