Brabus has unveiled the XLP 800 Adventure, a high-performance pickup truck based on the Mercedes-AMG G63. This vehicle boasts an 800hp V8 engine, extensive carbon fibre bodykit, and significant off-road upgrades.
Design and Features
The Brabus XLP 800 Adventure is built on the Mercedes-AMG G63 platform but features a unique, aggressive bodykit with widened carbon fibre wheel arches and side skirts. The front bumper includes a built-in winch, and a light bar is mounted on the massive roof rack. The vehicle’s length has been extended by 50cm between the front and rear wheels, and it rides on 22-inch alloys unique to this model.

Interior
The interior of the XLP 800 Adventure offers extensive customization options. The example shown features a blue leather interior with carbon fibre accents, but buyers can personalize their vehicle to their preferences.

Off-Road Capabilities
The XLP 800 Adventure is designed for serious off-road capability. It features portal axles, which raise the chassis above the wheel mounting points for improved ground clearance, adjustable suspension, and upgraded aluminium linkages.

Engine and Performance
The vehicle is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, upgraded to produce 800hp and 1,000Nm of torque. This allows the XLP 800 Adventure to accelerate from 0-62mph in 4.8 seconds.

Price
The Brabus XLP 800 Adventure comes with a significant price tag of over £600,000, more than three times the cost of a standard Mercedes-AMG G63. For this price, buyers could alternatively purchase six Tesla Cybertrucks.
