Car Slams Into Chipotle in Van Nuys
VAN NUYS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) — A car crashed into a Chipotle restaurant in Van Nuys early Tuesday morning, causing extensive damage. The incident occurred shortly before 5:30 a.m. near the intersection of Van Nuys and Burbank boulevards, according to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
The driver sustained injuries and received treatment at the scene, as stated by the LAPD. The front entrance of the Chipotle appeared to be severely damaged. The vehicle was subsequently removed from the building and towed away. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the LAPD Valley Traffic Division.
