Sarasota, FL – In a display of vigilante justice, a Sarasota neighborhood watchman took matters into his own hands, leading to a bizarre incident documented in this week’s Cops Corner report. According to the Sarasota Police Department, the watchman, apparently displeased with a repairman’s perceived speeding, rammed the man’s pickup truck with his golf cart.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, February 25, at approximately 11:25 a.m. on Saralake Drive.
