A two-vehicle collision occurred near Youngstown State University’s campus on Monday at approximately 7 a.m. at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Tod Lane. The crash involved a Ford pickup truck and a Mitsubishi sedan. The pickup truck went off the road as a result of the collision, while the sedan sustained damage. The circumstances leading up to the crash are currently unclear. Witnesses at the scene reported seeing one person being taken away in an ambulance, suggesting possible injuries.
