An elderly driver caused significant damage to Dixie’s Diner in Idaho Falls after crashing his pickup truck through the restaurant’s patio area.
According to the Idaho Falls Police, the driver’s vehicle went over a cinder block barrier, destroying a section of the patio and colliding with another car.
A tow truck was summoned to remove the truck from the damaged wall, and the estimated cost of the damages is $6,000.
