El Paso Police Dismantle Luxury Car Theft Ring
EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso police have successfully dismantled a luxury car theft ring, making multiple arrests in connection with the theft of high-value vehicles. The Auto Theft Task Force was responsible for apprehending the suspects.
On Wednesday, the Auto Theft Task Force arrested four individuals suspected of involvement in the theft of four Porsche 911 cars. The stolen vehicles were taken from a building located in Central El Paso. The total value of the stolen cars is close to one million dollars.
The suspects were apprehended just six hours after the robbery, according to police. Subsequently, all four were booked into the El Paso County Jail in Downtown.

According to jail records, as of Friday afternoon, Ubieta is the only suspect that has posted bond and been released. The other three suspects remain in custody.
