Electric Scooter Collision in Stafford
STAFFORD, CT — A collision between an electric scooter and a pickup truck occurred on Gulf Road in Stafford on April 22, 2025. According to the state police crash report, a 14-year-old Stafford boy was riding a two-wheeled electric scooter southbound on Gulf Road at 5:18 p.m. when he lost control and crashed into the side of a 2014 Ford F-150 pickup truck.
The pickup truck, driven by a 32-year-old Tolland woman, was attempting to pass the scooter at the time of the incident. The boy suffered minor injuries in the crash.
