Jaguar’s Vision for the Future: The Type 00 Electric Concept
British automaker Jaguar is preparing for a fully electric future, recently unveiling its new logotype. As a glimpse into this new era, the company presented the Type 00 concept car during Miami Art Week. The Type 00, which will not be available for purchase, showcases the design direction of future production models.

The Type 00 is an impressive vehicle, measuring over five meters in length. Its design draws inspiration from the Tesla Cybertruck, with a streamlined silhouette and an oval steering wheel. The interior features plush, spacious seating and is bisected by large brass bars and a divider. The car was showcased in two color schemes: Miami Pink and London Blue, the latter inspired by the 1960s Jaguar E-type’s Opalescent Silver Blue.
One of the most distinctive features of the Type 00 is the absence of rear windows and a rear windshield, which have been replaced by strategically placed rear cameras. These cameras are integrated into the sides of the vehicle. The front of the car boasts two large displays for vehicle information, entertainment, and communication. Jaguar estimates the Type 00 can achieve a range of up to 430 miles on a single charge, with a fast charger providing 200 miles of range in just 15 minutes.
