HONOLULU (Island News) — A kitten was rescued from an electric Ford Mustang at Kahala Market on Saturday night after it became trapped inside the vehicle.
Meows were heard coming from inside the car, prompting firefighters to respond to the scene and rescue the stranded kitten. The firefighters thoroughly inspected the vehicle, feeling around the hood, underneath the car, and around the tires to locate the trapped animal.

After a thorough search and rescue operation, the kitten was eventually freed. The visiting family who had called the firefighters for assistance named the little ball of fur ‘Lucky’.
The successful rescue operation brought relief to the family and ensured the safety of the trapped kitten.
