As the saying goes, life comes at you fast, and for Kylie Kelce, that fast-approaching reality includes a minivan. The host of the ‘Not Gonna Lie’ podcast is bracing for four car seats in the not-so-distant future as she and her husband, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, prepare to welcome their fourth daughter.
In a recent episode, Kelce admitted, “As much as it pains me to say, minivans [are in].” The impending arrival of baby number four has led her to the practical conclusion that their family requires more space and seating capacity.
“For the people—my friends—who are hearing this, I don’t need a wellness check, although I have told you before that that is what it would take if I ever said I was getting a minivan,” Kelce shared, referencing her previous stance on the family-friendly vehicle. Kelce explained the situation plainly, holding up four fingers, “We’re about to have four car seats… Four. In one car.”
While her husband is a known supporter of minivans, Kelce seems to be approaching this chapter with a three-year plan. “We’re gonna do a little three-year commitment, guys. We’re gonna grind it out, and then we’re gonna pretend it never happened, OK?” she quipped. Whether this commitment evolves into a long-term relationship with the minivan remains to be seen.
