Construction is slated to begin this year on a luxury vehicle storage facility in Plano, Texas, catering to sports car owners with a range of high-end amenities.
Maranello, a Plano-based company specializing in luxury auto garages, will develop the facility, which it describes as an “exclusive lifestyle venue for luxury sports car owners,” according to a company news release.
Facility Details
The 200,000-square-foot facility will be situated at the intersection of Ohio Drive and Mapleshade Lane. Construction is expected to commence in the coming months, with full operation anticipated by the following spring.
The facility will feature 79 customizable luxury garage spaces, known as “garage condos.” These spaces will have two floors and include glass garage doors. Additionally, the design incorporates a two-story lounge area and a 60,000-square-foot open-air event space in the building’s central area. The Plano City Council approved the project in October.
