Minor Injuries in I-215 Crash
WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (KUTV) – A two-vehicle crash on I-215 in West Valley City left all nine occupants with only minor injuries, the Utah Highway Patrol confirmed.
The incident occurred shortly before 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2025, according to the Utah Department of Transportation. Details of the crash haven’t been released, but it involved a passenger car and a pickup truck.
The crash caused the pickup truck to roll, coming to rest upside-down on the highway, UHP Trooper Takesha Durrant said. Fortunately, everyone involved was able to walk away from the scene with only minor injuries.
The highway lanes were blocked until approximately 5 p.m. while authorities investigated and cleared the scene.
