Rumors persist about a resurrected supercharged Ram 1500 TRX, but Ram is currently focusing attention on the turbocharged 6-cylinder RHO, which is now available with a new Mopar special-edition package. This exclusive truck, limited to only 250 units, is poised to become a highly sought-after collectible. The Mopar upgrade adds $6,500 to the truck’s base price.

This limited-edition Ram 1500 RHO, designed by Mopar, is an appearance package that highlights the off-road pickup’s available accessories. It features a Diamond Black Crystal Pearl exterior finish, complemented by distinctive Mopar Blue and grey bodyside graphics. The special edition includes a RamBar sport bar in the bed, a bed-mounted spare tire, running boards, and Mopar blue front and rear tow hooks. The package is finished with a Mopar spray-in textured bedliner, giving it a rugged yet refined look.

The RHO has supplanted the 702-hp Hellcat-powered TRX in Ram’s off-road truck lineup. It employs a new turbocharged 6-cylinder engine, known as the Hurricane engine by Ram, instead of a supercharged V8. This engine generates 540 horsepower, enabling the pickup truck to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds, all while riding on 35-inch tires, and reaching a top speed of 118 mph. According to Ram, the RHO can complete a quarter-mile run in 13.1 seconds at 105 mph. It has also shed 150 pounds from the front end, thanks to having two fewer cylinders when compared to the TRX. The RHO is equipped with Bilstein Black Hawk e2 adaptive performance shocks, which deliver exceptional off-road performance. These shocks provide over 40 percent more rear wheel travel than other Ram 1500 models. The RHO also boasts an impressive 11.8 inches of ground clearance, further enhancing its off-road capabilities.
The Mopar edition will be available at select Ram dealerships across the U.S. in the coming months. Exclusive features include a custom Mopar Blue serialized badge on the lockable center console. Buyers will also receive a personalized certificate of authenticity with a serialized vehicle build number and a unique rendering of the truck created by the Mopar design team.
Pricing for the 2025 Ram 1500 RHO starts at $71,990. With the Mopar package’s additional cost, the limited-edition model is expected to start at approximately $79,000, making it a premium vehicle for collectors and off-road enthusiasts alike.
