A tragic accident occurred in Riverside on Wednesday when a 28-year-old motorcyclist collided with a Toyota pickup truck at the intersection of Indiana Avenue and Fensmuir Street. The crash happened just before 5 a.m., according to the Riverside Police Department. The motorcyclist, identified as Randy Rodriguez Orozco from Perris, was traveling west on Indiana Avenue at a speed that has not been confirmed by investigators. As he approached the intersection, the driver of the pickup truck began to turn left onto Indiana Avenue from Fensmuir Street. The motorcyclist crashed into the front of the truck and was thrown onto the road, suffering severe injuries. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The driver of the truck, an unidentified woman, told police she hadn’t seen the motorcycle approaching and wasn’t injured in the collision.
