BREA, Calif. – Mullen Automotive, Inc. (NASDAQ: MULN), an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has secured a new order from Papé Truck for 43 Class 3 EV trucks and 7 Class 1 EV cargo vans. The total purchase, valued at $3.2 million, will see vehicle deliveries commence immediately.
The vehicles ordered include Class 3 configurations like stake body models, a Morgan box truck with a side door, and service bodies from Knapheide. The order also covers parts supply for both Class 1 and Class 3 vehicles to ensure quick warranty service and repairs.
Papé recently joined Mullen’s dealer network, becoming the seventh commercial EV dealer to partner with the company. With 30 commercial sales and service locations across the Western U.S., Papé is poised to significantly expand the reach of Mullen’s electric vehicles.

Papé Kenworth, a part of The Papé Group, offers a comprehensive parts inventory and service departments, emphasizing reliable trucking solutions. The partnership is a critical step as demand for zero-emission trucks increases due to evolving regulations.
Mullen’s commercial EV lineup includes the Mullen ONE, a Class 1 EV cargo van, and the Mullen THREE, a Class 3 EV cab chassis truck. Both vehicles are fully compliant with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, EPA, and CARB certifications.
The Mullen THREE has been approved for a $15,000 incentive through the Massachusetts MOR-EV program, and a $45,000 cash rebate voucher through the California Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Program (HVIP). The Mullen ONE is also eligible for the MOR-EV program, with a $3,500 rebate in Massachusetts. Combined with the $7,500 Federal Tax Incentive, these programs provide substantial savings for commercial fleet customers.
