FARIBAULT COUNTY, Minn. – Two young men from North Iowa sustained injuries in a pickup truck crash in southern Minnesota on Saturday. The Minnesota State Patrol reported that the accident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Highway 109 in Faribault County.
According to the Patrol, Tyler Anthony Campbell, 19, of Clear Lake, Iowa, was driving a 2002 Ford F150 eastbound when the vehicle veered off the road near mile marker 27. The truck then entered the ditch and rolled over.
Both Campbell and his passenger, Austin James Richardson, 20, also of Clear Lake, sustained injuries that the Patrol described as non-life threatening. They were both transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea for treatment.
The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office, along with Wells Fire/Medical and Police, assisted at the scene of the accident.
