Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have successfully recovered two stolen transport trailers. The trailers, with a combined value of $120,000, were located after officers executed a search warrant.
The Community Street Crime Unit of Brant OPP conducted the search on Thursday at a Brant County address. One of the recovered trailers, a 53-foot model, had been reported stolen to Caledon OPP on February 3, 2025.
Police confirmed that the investigation remains ongoing and that charges are pending. Authorities are encouraging businesses to promptly report any thefts and to proactively implement preventative security measures.
In a separate incident, Brant County OPP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a stolen pickup truck and identifying those responsible for the theft. Officers were contacted on Thursday after a black Chevrolet Silverado Z71 four-door crew cab pickup truck was taken from a Prince Charles Road address in Brant County. The truck is described as having tinted windows and custom silver rims.

In Norfolk County, officers are investigating the theft of a pickup truck and an all-terrain vehicle taken from a La Salette home. Norfolk County OPP responded to the La Salette Road residence at approximately 8:14 a.m. on March 9th, where they learned that the vehicles had been stolen overnight.
The stolen vehicles are described as a grey 2005 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck and a black 2020 Can-Am MW ATV. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to contact Norfolk OPP at 1-888-3100-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
