A collision between an Osceola County Sheriff’s Office patrol car and a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck on Saturday resulted in injuries to both the deputy driving the patrol car and the 59-year-old female driver of the truck. The incident took place at approximately 6:25 p.m. at the intersection of Pleasant Hill Road and Orange Blossom Trail in Osceola County, Florida.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the patrol car was traveling north on Orange Blossom Trail with its lights and sirens activated as it approached the intersection. Meanwhile, the Chevrolet Silverado was westbound on Pleasant Hill Road, entering the intersection with a green light.
