Pervomaisk to Acquire Two Pickup Trucks for ₴2.4 Million
Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region – The city of Pervomaisk is planning to procure two pickup trucks with a total value of UAH 2.4 million, according to information released on the Prozorro public procurement website.
Kodima, a utility company associated with the Pervomaisk City Council of Mykolaiv Oblast, is managing an open tender for the purchase. The auction is scheduled for March 31, 2025, with offers being accepted up to the same date. The vehicles must adhere to Ukrainian state standards (DSTU), technical specifications, and environmental regulations, as certified within Ukraine. The supplier has a deadline of May 10, 2025, for vehicle delivery. The estimated cost of the purchase is UAH 2,460,000.
Earlier, the Municipal Guard utility company of the Kherson City Council purchased 12 MG T60 pickup trucks for UAH 16.8 million without a competitive tender. The vehicles are intended for patrolling duties. This procurement from Motor Development Group LLC was conducted without a tender due to the ongoing war and related legislative changes. The delivery deadline for these vehicles is set for December 31, 2025.
According to the Youcontrol analytical system, Kyiv-based Motor Development Group has been operating in the market for over six years, primarily engaged in vehicle sales. During this period, the company has completed 12 deals, totaling UAH 34.8 million. Gennadiy Piontkovsky, a resident of Kharkiv, owns the company.
In another instance, the capital construction department of the Fontansky village council in Odesa district chose to purchase a pickup truck from ViDi Avenue LLC, a supplier of vehicles for the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the police, without a tender. The YouControl service indicates that the company was established in Kyiv in 2007 and is currently owned by Vitaliy Dzhurynskyi. ViDi Alley LLC and ViDi Group are the company’s founders. They are also listed as the founders of ViDi Palmira Limited Liability Company, which was the sole participant in a procurement conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine Office in Odesa region in October 2024. The SBU purchased the car for UAH 1.6 million.
