The Petersen Automotive Museum is currently hosting an exhibit titled ‘Alternating Currents: The Fall and Rise of Electric Vehicles,’ which explores the history of electricity powering automobiles since the 1830s. This exhibition is complemented by the addition of Karma Automotive’s electric vehicles to the Petersen’s collection. Karma Automotive, California’s only automaker with all design and manufacturing based in Irvine, is at the forefront of producing ultra-luxury electric vehicles (EVs) and extended-range electric vehicles (EREVs). Marques McCammon, President of Karma Automotive, is leading the production of the company’s new generation of EVs and EREV-hybrid electric vehicles.
