PEUGEOT UK Announces New EXPERT SPORT Van
London, March 20, 2025 – PEUGEOT UK has announced the arrival of the new EXPERT SPORT van, bringing a motorsport-inspired design to the LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle) market. The EXPERT SPORT is intended to be the new flagship model of PEUGEOT’s van lineup, offering a blend of performance-inspired styling, an upgraded interior, and additional equipment.
Enhanced Styling and Interior
The new EXPERT SPORT boasts a unique body kit that embodies its sporty character. This includes a front lip spoiler and side skirts with integrated protective front mudguards, giving the van an athletic stance. The rear bumper is designed to integrate with a Kryptonite rear spoiler, creating a cohesive sporty aesthetic. It sits on exclusive Y-Spoke 18-inch alloy wheels fitted with high-load capacity Nankang tires.
If the body kit and larger wheels weren’t enough to signal its motorsport inspiration, the EXPERT SPORT features a Kryptonite livery with grille highlights and unique badging. Inside, the van features hand-crafted eco-leather seats with Kryptonite stitching, perforated material for ventilation, and the SPORT logo embossed into the material.
The eco-leather is designed to withstand the demands of a van environment, offering resistance to scratches, tears, and various environmental factors.
Added Equipment
Beyond its styling and interior upgrades, the new EXPERT SPORT comes with added equipment over and above the ASPHALT trim. This includes a Comfort Pack, offering dual-zone electronic climate control, keyless entry and start, and wireless smartphone charging. A Winter Pack is also available, providing a heated leather steering wheel, a heated driver’s seat, and first-row thorax-side airbags for enhanced protection.
The EXPERT SPORT’s design and color palette mirror those of the electrified PEUGEOT 9X8 Hypercar, which competes in the World Endurance Championship (WEC).
Features and Technology
The EXPERT SPORT includes features available on the ASPHALT trim, such as Front & Rear Park Assist, flankguard detection, a Visiopark 180 reversing camera, blind spot detection, and full LED headlights. It also has the i-Connect infotainment system, including a 10-inch touchscreen with TomTom 3D connected navigation, wireless Mirror Screen technology, and the ‘OK PEUGEOT’ intelligent voice assistant integrated with ChatGPT.
Powertrain Options
The new EXPERT SPORT is offered in both Panel Van and Crew Van body styles and comes in Ice White and Titanium Grey. Buyers can choose between a 2.0-litre BlueHDi turbodiesel producing 180hp paired with an EAT8 eight-speed automatic transmission, or the all-electric E-EXPERT SPORT van.
The all-electric E-EXPERT SPORT van is equipped with a 75kWh (Gross) battery, an electric motor producing 136hp (100kW) and 270Nm of torque, and a range of up to 209 miles (WLTP Combined Cycle).
