A pickup truck crashed into a residence at 5831 Sacandaga Road in Galway just before 8:30 a.m. on Thursday. Fortunately, no one was inside the home at the time of the incident. Investigators attribute the crash to a combination of factors including speeding, slippery road conditions, and a vehicle that had not been inspected, which had a bald tire. Miraculously, the driver suffered no injuries. The crash is currently under investigation.
