BALLENTINE — A pickup truck crashed into the foyer of a Zaxby’s restaurant on Dutch Fork Road on March 26. The incident occurred around 1 p.m., and thankfully, no one was in the foyer at the time.
According to Arron Morgan, the location’s manager, the crash caused structural damage to the foyer, which will be sealed off to the public while repairs are completed. Morgan estimates the area will be reopened in two to three weeks.
While the foyer undergoes repairs, the drive-thru will remain open for business. Details regarding the driver’s condition and the circumstances surrounding the crash are currently unavailable.
