SAN ANTONIO — A collision between a pickup truck and an 18-wheeler occurred late Tuesday night on the east side of San Antonio, according to police reports.
The incident took place on I-10 near North Foster Road shortly after 10 p.m. on Tuesday. Authorities indicated a white pickup truck, reportedly speeding, crashed into the rear of the semi-truck.
Upon impact, the front of the pickup truck was heavily damaged. The 18-wheeler also sustained damage to its trailer.
As of Wednesday morning, the condition of the pickup truck driver is unknown. Further details are expected as the investigation continues.
