The impact was severe enough to crush the back of the Altima and push it about 30 yards down the road. The pickup truck also collided with a Jeep 4×4. The driver of the pickup truck fled the scene on foot, leaving behind two injured individuals. The female driver of the Jeep and the male driver of the Nissan were both transported to UPMC Williamsport by ambulance to receive treatment for their injuries.
