Pickup Truck Rolls Over, Seriously Injuring Driver on Hutchinson River Parkway
Scarsdale, NY – A single-vehicle accident on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Scarsdale resulted in serious injuries for the driver of a pickup truck, according to county police. The incident occurred early this morning.
The crash happened around 7 a.m. on the southbound side of the parkway, south of Mamaroneck Road, authorities reported. The pickup truck veered off the road, struck a tree, and subsequently rolled over in a wooded area.
According to reports, a motorist witnessed the accident and notified the authorities. Emergency responders were able to extricate the driver, a man in his 20s, from the vehicle. He was transported to Westchester Medical Center for treatment.
