LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Authorities are seeking the driver of a pickup truck involved in a hit-and-run accident last month in west Lincoln.
The incident occurred on February 13th around 2:35 p.m. in the area south of Southwest 30th and West A streets. According to police, surveillance cameras in the neighborhood captured the truck striking another vehicle before the driver fled the scene.
Investigators have described the vehicle as a late 90s GMC Sierra or a similar model, noting its distinctive appearance.
Police are also seeking information regarding a separate incident on March 14th, where an exterior glass door at the Sharp Building near 13th and N streets was damaged. Security footage reportedly shows a man kicking the door, causing it to break. A second individual was filming the event, and police stated that the pair were “messing around” in the building after hours.
