Polytron, an Indonesian company, has announced plans to expand its electric car sales network by establishing eight new showrooms across various major cities in Indonesia. The company’s Commercial Director, Tekno Wibowo, revealed that the initial phase of expansion will focus on Java Island, with four showrooms planned for cities such as Jakarta, Semarang, Bandung, and Surabaya.
The decision to create separate showrooms for electric cars marks a departure from Polytron’s existing electric motorcycle showrooms. Wibowo stated that discussions are already underway with potential dealers who have expressed interest in partnering with Polytron.
