A 17-year-old girl from Rochester suffered a serious head injury Wednesday night after falling from the back of a moving pickup truck in the Spaulding High School parking lot. First responders arrived at the scene around 9:30 p.m. after receiving reports of the incident. According to officials, the teenager fell from the vehicle and hit her head on the pavement. She was subsequently taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital for treatment. The incident occurred in the school’s parking lot, highlighting the dangers of riding in the back of moving vehicles.
