A passenger died and another was seriously injured when a pickup truck rear-ended a tractor-trailer on a Loudoun County highway ramp, according to Virginia State Police.
Barnstable Police and Hyannis Firefighters responded to a hit-and-run incident outside the Tiki Port restaurant early Sunday morning. A woman was airlifted to a trauma center, and the investigation continues.
